This course was developed using Tellabs standardized course template. Topics covered include provisioning video transmission equipment, monitoring alarms in the Network Management System (NMS), and troubleshooting faults.

Designed and developed a two day, self-paced, facilitated training program for USCG Training Center Petaluma. The initial target population for the training was 450 people. Prior to migrating to Windows NT the Coast Guard used a proprietary operating system. This training was designed to give personnel the basics skills needed to perform their jobs using Windows NT and Microsoft Office.

Through hands on exercises students learn how to create and use variables, use basic code structures, write functions, and interpret form data.
